The cupcake of your milky-cookie-dreams! This Dutch dark cocoa cake with Oreo cookie center is deliciously topped with a triumphant blend of vanilla buttercream/ground Oreo cookie swirl frosting.

This tasty favorite starts with a blend of grated farmers market sweet carrots, freshly grated cinnamon and spices. The piece de resistance is the tangy cream cheese/buttercream frosting infused with hints of exotic spice.
